Having strong supplier relationships locally and having representation on the ground in Turkey enables us to personally visit the property or experience the service and ensure it meets our high standards in terms of quality and health and safety and we can monitor this regularly. If a problem arises we are never far away to offer support and quickly resolve the issue.
We don’t offer an online booking facility or a call centre customer service number as we pride ourselves in offering a personal, one to one service.
